Jackie describes what she saw when she turned a corner at OSPH

In this special release for Mother’s Day, the crew invited their moms to join them in exploring the Old South Pittsburg Hospital in Tennessee. Beforehand, our researcher reached out to local historians and sources online to discover the stories being told. Upon arrival they received an exclusive tour with the amazing volunteers, and interviewed with the owner, Ronnie, to get the facts straight. A lot of untrue rumors have been spread about this location by the previous owners, social media, and paranormal shows who highlighted false information. The goal for this episode is to uncover and represent the truth, educate our listeners on the history, and experience something spooky. It is confirmed that a toddler by the name “Buddy,” roams these halls, and during their investigation and research they came across some new information they were able to share with the owners. Learn about who Johnnie Beecher was, and why he would be haunting this location in the most vulgar way. OUR EXPERIENCES:
Toni: while trying to capture a Polaroid photo of the cat ball lighting up in response to our questions my camera malfunctioned and refused to take a picture. Film was loaded and camera was on. When it finally took a photo, photo came out blank. Toni’s mom refused to go into one of the rooms on the first floor saying that she felt like she was not supposed to go in there. During an EVP session, I asked “Johnnie, why did you kill Martha Chisenall,” He responded “Wedding ring.”
Jackie: When rounding the corner on the second floor by the elevators, Jackie came face to face with a full figure apparition with a mustache. Also while opening the bathroom door here Nurse Betty passed from a heart attack, a cat ball rolled out and responding to our questions by lighting up. Jackie was poked on the back while walking down the hallway on the third floor.
Brittany: While recording the episode, Brittany saw something peaking around the corner of the hallway and in the doorway of a room across from us. She also felt nauseous on certain floors in certain rooms.
WE all experienced the smell of maple syrup in a room on the first floor. We sang happy birthday to a spirit named “Logan,” who frequently tells paranormal groups it is his birthday and he sang along with us on the necrophonics app.
