McGavock: Two Rivers Mansion

Family Tree McGavock/ Harding (Two River’s Mansion) Most of the photos of family members were unfounded

Family Tree for the Martin McGavock House

Show Notes: On our second episode in our McGavock Series we touch on two different locations. Our main focus was the Two Rivers Mansion in Nashville, Tennessee and the McGavock Harding Family. The farm was more than just a farm and held over 70 buildings on this property. Desecration of a sacred grave may be what caused this location to be haunted, when Native American skulls were placed on spikes, ornamental jewelry stolen, and stones held by its chief were used as toys. Mrs. McGavock may be haunting the land including the Opry Mills Movie theater.

In our second part of this episode, we touch on the Martin McGavock House which although we have no instances of recorded hauntings, we believe it is a home full of sorrow from all the death that occurred in a short period of time. Mysterious deaths of young family members may have created an environment that would welcome the paranormal.
